Damaged or incorrect goods

Inspect deliveries promptly and report damage, shortage or an incorrect product with supporting information. LOUCIL will assess the request and confirm the appropriate solution.

Credit and refund

Where a return is accepted, the applicable credit or refund is processed according to the confirmed commercial terms and accounting documents.
