These terms govern access to the LOUCIL partner portal and orders placed by approved business partners.

1. Seller

LOUCIL FRAGRANCE BV, Industriepark Oost 19, 8730 Beernem, Belgium, VAT BE1019027263. Contact: simon@loucilfragrance.com.

2. Account access

Portal access is personal to the approved business partner. Credentials must be kept confidential and company, billing and delivery data must remain accurate.

3. Orders and pricing

The partner pricelist assigned in Odoo applies. An order is subject to availability and confirmation. The relevant quotation, order confirmation, invoice or written agreement prevails if information differs.

4. Delivery, payment and returns

The confirmed order and commercial agreement determine delivery, payment and return conditions. Contact LOUCIL before returning goods.

5. Intellectual property

Portal visuals and captions are made available to approved partners for LOUCIL promotion. They may not be resold, sublicensed or used to create misleading product claims.

6. Availability and liability

LOUCIL takes reasonable care to keep the portal current. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that rule, indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent legally permitted.

7. Privacy and law

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Belgian law applies and disputes fall under the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
